Well for starters - whilst it seems to be nice, it is no longer very practcal. As any other overviewer cited, that you could not anything else much greater than an egg cup below the brewhead, the milk frother is just too quick, and the water reservoir is too small, and when you need to fill it, the foolish pipe they use to attract the water off dribbles all over the side. Infact eachtime I touched the computing device slightly puddle of water / milk / coffee appeared to want to be wiped up.

All this may be accceptable to a couple, in spite of the whole thing it does look nice, then again the computing device I recieved leaked relatively badly between the brewhead and the coffee holder - leading to gritty horible coffee. Its gone again and Ive offered a Siemans computing device - that does not seem to be as just right but makes nice espresso eachtime.
